All our raw honey is produced locally in Ontario at our Honey Bee Research Apiaries.

Our raw honey is never filtered or heated - creating a flavourful, robust honey that retains enzymes and pollen for optimal health benefits. Starting as a liquid, the honey crystallizes naturally over time. It is double-settled and hand-bottled at the time of extracting.

Our raw honey is delicious as a spread on toast, natural sweetener, smoothie additive, and is commonly used for wound healing, colds, sore throats, and to build immunity to pollen allergies. The Ontario Veterinary College also uses our raw honey on patients, due to its powerful antimicrobial and wound healing properties.

Our smallest sized jar, 45g, can be kept conveniently in your first aid kit. Use it on cuts and scrapes, to prevent infection and speed up the healing process.
